MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR THE ARTS RECOGNITION AWARDS CEREMONY! Since 1996, AC5 has sponsored the Arts Recognition Awards, a program that honors individuals whose work in arts and culture has had a significant impact on the quality of life in Contra Costa County. This year's award winners will be honored at a public celebration at the Soda Center at St. Mary's College in Moraga, where they will receive their award on Sunday, October 26, 2008 at 4 p.m. Awards will be presented by the Honorable Supervisor Gayle Uilkema from District 2, who will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.
